Charley McKenzie also known as 'Charlotte McKenzie' is a presenter and actress (born 15, May 1989).

She was brought up performing from a young age; on the stage, television and radio. Charley started acting at the young age of seven. She was a member of Helen O'Grady Drama school and when she turned eleven she auditioned and became a member of Nottingham's Carlton Junior Television Workshop. 

Whilst at these drama institutions she gained a passion for performing. She went on to train as a dancer in tap, ballet and modern dance styles.

When Charley was 11 she was chosen from hundreds of young people to be a presenter on CITV, interviewing the cast of ITV programmes including CITV 'Bernard's Watch'. With her hard work, enthusiasm and bubbly nature, Charley went on to perform in a variety of theatre and TV productions throughout her teenage years.
Since then Charley has gone on to gain experience in presenting and acting in various productions across the UK. She has experience working for institutions such as BBC Radio 4, BBC Stoke, ITV, and Channel Five.

Charley's love for presenting took her to complete a degree in Broadcast Journalism at Staffordshire University. She graduated in 2010 receiving a grade 2:1. Whilst there Charley learned not only how to present professionally for television and radio, but she learned about the production that goes behind broadcasting and presenting. She can effectively use Final Cut, Adobe Audition and a variety of camera and radio equipments.
Whilst at university Charley trained as a journalist and has written for magazine, newspapers and for online since her time at University. 

Throughout her 10 years presenting Charley discovered a love for childrens TV enetertainment. In the future Charley would like to present more for children television.

Charley is currently working freelance as a presenter and actress whilst presenting the Drive Time show on Nottingham's number 1 urban radio station - 97.5 Kemet fm.
